He is head of audit department and overall team leader. He is a founder of MW East Africa & Associates, Certified Public Accountants, and is in charge of Business Advisory, Audit and Assurance and Quality Assurance. Mr. Wanyoike is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also in charge of Planning, Directing, and Control of various audit and accountancy assignments. Before founding MW East Africa & Associates, he was the Audit manager at Makonnen & Company, a firm of Certified public accountants for fifteen years. Starting from the position of Audit Assistant and rising through the ranks to the position of Audit Senior and his exit position was Audit Manager. In that position, he was in charge of audit of firms in different sectors including air transport, hotel and tourism, agriculture,Information and Communications Technology (ICT), market research and Non- Governmental Organisations (NGOs) among others. Mr. Wanyoike is credited with successfully implementing strong quality assurance controls in audit and other business consultancy. Mr. Wanyoike had previously worked as an accountant at Wilmar Agro limited. He had also worked as Chief Finance Officer at Zircon Kenya Limited (Urban Radio 102.5 Fm)
Mr. Mwangi is our Tax Manager. Mr. Mwangi has over 15 years’ experience in tax matters. He has specialized in direct and indirect taxes. Through his experiences, he has established important contacts at all relevant government tax bodies, having previously worked with most of them at various levels. Mr. Mwangi has handled clientele from different sectors of the economy ranging from but not limited to hotel and tourism, manufacturing, education, financial services, security services, construction, real estate, professional services, SACCO's, NGO's, and information technology
Mrs Tabitha is our Human Resource Associate. Mrs Tabitha is a seasoned Human Resources Management Professional with 10 years of experience in Human Capital Management. Her expertise spans across various HR domains including policy review and development in compliance with labour laws, organizational design, change management, rewards and benefits administration, and learning and development strategies. Mrs Tabitha holds a Bachelor degree in Business administration, she is also a Certified Human Resource Professional (Kenya). She has also attended and facilitated numerous leadership and personal effectiveness courses. Her key strengths include advanced analytical capabilities, good interpersonal skills, ability to quickly understand and assimilate the business context and being solution oriented
Mr. Dominic is our Secretarial Services Associate. Mr. Kirii handles company secretarial matters. He is a Certified Public Secretary, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences from Kenyatta University and has over Twenty yearsʼ experience in the Company Secretarial duties and Share Registration
Mr. Nyasanga has a Diploma in Computer Science. He is a specialist in Information Technology (IT) and has a vast experience in Computer Systems, implementation of financial systems, payrolls, special management software used by NGOs, property managers, pharmacies, insurances etc. At consultancy level he advises clients on any IT shortcomings.
